OK, while we have been discussing work and life balance in the last post, we might as well toss in another thought about "balance" and 'success", which includes good health. Let's face it, you can't really be successful in any endeavor without the ability to enjoy it with a measure of good health.
Do you watch your diet and have a regular exercise routine? This should be a part of your overall plan for success and freedom.
Maybe with your success you are getting a little thick around the middle and need to find the best way to burn fat, but are smart enough to have learned that you don't want to get caught up in fad diets and the yo-yo effect that you read so much about.
Get smart, do some research on what is right fro you, and then stick with it. It really is true that anything you do for 30 days will become a habit. Good health is a good habit to have for success, financial or otherwise.
